This stylish second floor walk up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom has all the comforts of home. A sunny open floor plan has a living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The updated kitchen with counter seating for four has everything you need including microwave and coffee maker. The living room has a large flat screen television. The dinning room table seats 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and queen size air mattress in the closet. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in unit.
The spacious deck overlooks well manicured grounds and pool. Outdoor dinning is enjoyed with a table seating for 6 and gas grill.

Summary: Perfec tlocation for walk to marina and restaurants. Pretty property, nice pool, and nice balcony for lounging. Our host Lou was very interested in making sure our stay was good and easy. Very nice.

Summary: There was an issue when we arrived where the condo had not been cleaned after the previous tenant. I called the landlord who responded immediately. The cleaning person was at the condo within minutes. The landlord was very apologetic and my ratings reflect that. He called multiple times to ensure that the issue had been resolved. The location was perfect for our need for the weekend and the rest of the stay was great.

Summary: This villa is very spacious and clean. The location in Abbey Villas made everything walkable in Fontana. We also had access to the beach on Lake Geneva. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Lived up to the 5 star rating. Great location. Close enough to the Abbey to enjoy the amenities of that resort but also nice to be able to retreat to the condo and away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. Lou was extremely helpful before and after check in.
